This service reflects our commitment to you: if you experience a fault, our team will be there to support you without hesitation, when you need it most, providing 24/7/365 coverage for your network services. Outside our standard support hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, you can contact us around the clock to report faults on your Analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30, SIP Channels, and Connectivity.

This service provides the peace of mind that our in-house team will be there to provide the support needed to troubleshoot and resolve faults and, where necessary, report to third-party providers. Additionally, this service provides cover against any fees imposed by these third-party providers in the event of a site visit.
